The Most Convenient Portable Forming Machine
The BenchBrake is a portable machine that makes forming anchors and brackets on site simple. When site conditions require multiple parts at different sizes, the Benchbrake can eliminate the need to pre-measure every bracket. Pre-cut strips can be formed with ease and accuracy saving you tume and money.
Adjusting the Benchbrake can be done by loosening the two upper adjustment bolts on both sides. After the bolts have been loosened, rotate the adjustment plates. What this does is allows the hold down bar to move forward or backward for proper spacing. You will need a space between the bending bar and the hold down bar equal to the thickness of the material you are bending. More space will give a large radius for bending and less space will result in binding. When ready to begin bending, make sure that these is enough material under the hold down bar. Repeat these steps for the different sizes of anchors and brackets.
